Scratch Facts

We believe when a meal is prepared from scratch, just for you, it just tastes better. That’s why we put our whole heart into every recipe. Nothing is frozen or from the can. 99.9% of all our items are made-from-scratch (the only thing we buy is our cheesecake – we found the most delicious one that we just couldn’t pass up!) From our soups to our dressings, we make everything in house. We take pride in making the best.

We have lots going on in our kitchens each and every day to bring “made-from-scratch” to life.

At each restaurant, you’ll find:

  • Kitchen Stations

    Each restaurant has 10 kitchen stations: prepping, cutting, baking, broiling, sautéing, wok, appetizers, sandwiches, salad, and dessert.

  • Fresh Deliveries

    Fresh food is delivered every day of the week.

  • Freshly Squeezed

    16 pounds of lemons and limes (100 of each!) are squeezed every day for drinks and sauces.

  • Hand sliced veggies

    Each location hand-slices more than 25 fresh vegetables a day.

  • Slow Roasted

    Our pot roast is slow-roasted for three hours.

  • Made With Love

    Our Kona BBQ Pork Ribs are slow cooked for two and a half hours.

  • Scratch Sauces

    We prepare our 20 sauces all from scratch.

  • Master Chefs

    11 chefs working hard in each kitchen to bring you the best
