What is the Elephant Bar Rewards Program?
The Elephant Bar Rewards Program is a loyalty program that rewards our guests for how often they eat in our restaurants. Every time you visit an Elephant Bar restaurant and spend $5 or more (excluding gift cards, taxes and gratuity) you will earn one (1) Stamp. When you have earned three (3) Stamps (for 3 qualifying visits) you will automatically receive a $5 Reward that is placed in your account. The reward may be used on your next visit towards food & beverage purchases (excluding alcohol).

Remember, you must register your Elephant Bar Rewards Program member card to redeem rewards.
How do I become a rewards program member?
You can enroll in the Elephant Bar Rewards Program by completing the registration form found on our website at www.elephantbar.com/rewards. If you don’t have a card, complete the registration form and we will send you a virtual membership number via email. The next time you visit an Elephant Bar restaurant, bring the email with you and a staff member can exchange it for a physical card if you would like one.

You can also become a member by obtaining a rewards card at any participating Elephant Bar restaurant and registering your card online at wwww.elephantbar.com/rewards.

You can also register by mobile phone. Search for the Elephant Bar Rewards iPhone app within the App Store or for the Android app within Google Play and follow the instructions to register.
Does it cost anything to become an Elephant Bar Rewards program member?
No, there is no charge for becoming a member of the Elephant Bar Rewards Program.
Why do I have to register my card?
Registration is required to:
  • Redeem rewards
  • Track your account activity, such as the number of Stamps you have earned and redeemed
  • Assist us to transfer your rewards to a new card if your card is lost or stolen
  • Help the server to look up your account in case you forgot your card when you visit
  • And, allows you to opt-in to receive special offers and promotions by email
What do I need to register my card?
When you register your card, you will be asked to provide the card number and registration code from the back of the card. You will also be asked to complete all required fields on the registration form. These include fields such as your name, phone number, email address and some additional questions designed to help us customize your experience.
Where do I find my card number and registration code?
Both can be found on the back of your Elephant Bar Rewards Card. The card number is the 20-digit number and the registration code is the 6-digit number.
I received a virtual card online. How do I get a physical card?
To receive your official rewards card, and start earning rewards, please follow these easy steps:
  • Bring your virtual card number (the one you received via email) to a participating Elephant Bar restaurant and give it to your server at the time of payment.
  • Your server will exchange it for a physical card.
If you registered online and do not remember your virtual card number, please log-in to your rewards account to get your number.

Remember, a physical card is not needed to participate in the program.
I registered online without a card. Will I receive a card in the mail?
Since a card is not required to use the Rewards program, we do not mail cards. You can easily check-in using the mobile app or by providing your server with your account information such as the name and the phone number you used to register.
Do I need a physical Elephant Bar Rewards card to access my account?
No.
What happens if I don’t have my card when I visit?
After you have registered your card, you can easily check-in using the mobile app or by providing your server with your account information such as the name and the phone number you used to register.

Remember, a physical card is not needed to participate in the program.
What happens if I lose my card?
If you have registered using the iPhone or Android app, you will not need a card to participate in this program. You can simply check in through the mobile app each time you visit us. You also do not need your card if you would like to have your server look up your rewards account by using your name and phone number.

If you have registered your card online and have lost your card, you may get another card at your next visit. Simply provide the server with your phone number and they will be able to access the account tied to the lost card. A new card will be activated for you with all of the information you already entered.

If you have forgotten that you already registered for the program and have also started a new card, you may combine it with your original registration online by following these steps: Go to the registration page and click on Yes (I have a card) and enter your information including the number on the physical card you received at the restaurant. When you submit this information, the system will send you an email with a link which will allow you to combine your information onto the new card. Any account balances such as Stamps earned will be transferred to your new card. It is important to note that you can only transfer any account balances or rewards accrued on a lost card if that card has been registered. You can also contact us before you come in so that your lost card is protected and no one else can use it. Simply send an email to allears@elephantbar.com to report your lost card.

If your lost card was never registered, then unfortunately, we cannot track your rewards. You can register online for a new account or simply ask a server for a new card. Be sure to register your new card to avoid losing future rewards.
After I register, what do you do with my information?
We use this information to determine which special offers and promotions we think will be of interest to you. We also use it to send program updates and to keep you apprised of your account activity. Your phone number is necessary to look up your account in case you leave your card at home. Please note that we will never share your information with a third party, except when necessary for specific services such as a sweepstakes entry if you choose to participate in one.

What are the program rewards and how do I earn them?
Every time you visit an Elephant Bar restaurant and spend $5 or more (excluding alcohol, gift cards, taxes and gratuity) you will earn one (1) Stamp that is tracked in your account. When you have earned three (3) Stamps (for 3 qualifying visits) you will automatically receive a $5 Reward that is placed in your account. The reward is available to use on your next visit to a participating Elephant Bar restaurant towards a food and beverage purchase (excluding alcohol). Simply present your rewards card or check-in using our mobile app to redeem your reward. Other rewards are also offered throughout the year.
Rewards expire in 90 days unless otherwise noted.
We will also reward you with a free appetizer when you complete your registration.

During your birthday month, you will also receive a special reward.

From time to time, we will also provide other member exclusive rewards. These special rewards will have expiration dates and limitations that will be communicated to you when the offer is made.
Is there anything I don’t earn rewards for?
Visits with a total purchase that is less than $5, do not earn a Stamp. Alcohol, taxes and gratuities are not included in the minimum purchase. Visits where the only purchase made is for gift cards do not earn a Stamp. Visits where a Senior Explorer or Safari VIP card is used also do not earn a Stamp.
Are there restrictions on my free appetizer or free dessert rewards?
Free appetizer reward does not include Adventure Sampler, Shrimp Sampler or Quick-Seared Ahi Tuna. Free dessert reward does not include Mini Indulgence Sampler Platter.
Will my rewards expire if I don’t use them right away?
Dollar rewards expire 90 days from the time they are issued to you unless otherwise specified so you will need to redeem them during that period. Registration and birthday rewards expire after 30 days; expiration dates for other special rewards will be specified when they are issued. Reward dollars cannot be exchanged for cash.
I had a special reward on my card and it disappeared before I could use it. What happened?
We’re sorry you didn’t get to enjoy your reward. Some of our rewards are offered for a limited time only and expire after the period ends. Please note that we specify the expiration guidelines at the time rewards are made, so please check the offer details when you receive notice of a special reward.
How do I know if I have a reward?
You may go online to www.elephantbar/rewards to check your account. When you get to the Rewards Page, select Login, and enter your username and password. Once you have logged in, you can check your account balance by selecting the “Account Balance” link. You can also review your account history by selecting the “Transaction History” link. You may also ask a Team Member in the restaurant to check your account for you.
Do I earn rewards for buying a gift card?
No, purchases of gift cards do not count towards your visits. Please note: the recipient of your gift card, if enrolled in the program, will earn a Stamp when they visit and use their gift card to make a purchase of $5 or more.
Can I use my Elephant Bar Rewards account with a coupon?
You may use a coupon when earning a stamp on your Elephant Bar Rewards account. However, a coupon may not be used on the same visit where a reward is redeemed.
Can I use my Elephant Bar Rewards account with a Senior Explorer Card?
Every time you visit, you have the option of using either your Senior Explorer card or your Elephant Bar Rewards account. Unfortunately, because our Elephant Bar Rewards program already gives you such great deals, we are unable to offer an additional Senior Explorer promotional discount.
Can I use my Elephant Bar Rewards account with a Safari VIP Card?
Every time you visit, you have the option of using either your Safari VIP card or your Elephant Bar Rewards account. Unfortunately, because our Elephant Bar Rewards program already gives you such great deals, we are unable to offer an additional Safari VIP promotional discount.
Can I use my rewards card at all Elephant Bar restaurants?
Elephant Bar Rewards cards are valid only at participating locations. Please check with the restaurant you plan on visiting to determine if they are offering the program or click here for a list of participating locations.
I’m having trouble logging into my account. What do I do?
To log into your account, please visit us at http://elephantbar.myguestaccount.com/customer/home.srv and enter your username and password. If you forgot your password, you can request a new password by clicking on this link http://elephantbar.myguestaccount.com/login/forgotpassword.srv. Enter your username or card number and click submit. A new password will be emailed to you, along with your username.

Once you log in using your new password, click on the Edit Account Information link on the left side of the screen and scroll down to enter the password of your choice. Be sure to click the "update password" button at the bottom to save your new password.
