Our own Executive Chef and Partner, Reinhard Dorfhuber, has created an extraordinary menu...where each dish is prepared just for you. Where we pride ourselves on serving only U.S.D.A. Choice beef, fresh fish, fresh 100% ground beef, hand-breaded chicken tenders and shrimp, marinades and sauces made from scratch, fresh hand-cut vegetables prepared to order and garden fresh salads. Executive Chef/Partner
Chef Reinhard brings quality, flair and excitement to our menu with his exotic and tasty creations... all inspired by culinary delights gathered preparing foods in countries around the globe. With over 30 years of restaurant experience... he leads our culinary team on a world of dining adventures. Chef Reinhard began his apprenticeship in Germany and continued to hone his craft at the exclusive Hotel & Restaurant School in Lucerne, Switzerland. Mastering the art of fine cooking, he took tenures as commi de cuisine, chef de party, and chef de cuisine at the finest hotels and restaurants in Asia, Europe, Canada and the U.S.
