- May only be used for making purchases at Elephant Bar® Restaurants.
- The Card cannot be redeemed for cash or applied as payment to any account unless required by law.
- The value of the Card will not be replaced if the Card is lost, stolen or destroyed. PLEASE TREAT ELEPHANT BAR RESTAURANT GIFT CARDS LIKE CASH.
- After 12 months of non-use, a $2.00 per month service fee will be deducted from the remaining balance until depleted, except in California or unless prohibited by law.
- All sales of Gift Cards are final and cannot be returned.
- You can reload and check the balance on your Elephant Bar Restaurant Gift Card at any Elephant Bar Restaurant location.
COMPLIMENTARY DINING CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- May only be used for making food and non-alcoholic purchases at the Elephant Bar Restaurants.
- Has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- The value on will not be replaced if it is lost, stolen or destroyed.
- Reproduction, sale or trade of this card is prohibited.
- Any attempted redemption not consistent with these terms and conditions will be null and void.
Use of Elephant Bar Restaurant Complimentary Dining Card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

How can I purchase Elephant Bar Restaurant Gift Cards?
You may purchase Elephant Bar Restaurant Gift Cards at any Elephant Bar Restaurants location or securely online at our website, http://www.elephantbar.com.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your website for Gift Card purchases?
YES. It is a top priority of ours to keep your information secure and safe. Credit card information for online orders through our website is transmitted to our secure server. Please look for the yellow lock on the bottom right hand corner of your browser screen.
What denominations are available for purchase?
Elephant Bar Restaurant Gift Cards are available in any denomination from $5 to $500.
What forms of payment do you accept?
For purchases on our website, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. At any of our locations, we accept cash in addition to Diners Club and the credit cards listed above.
Can I purchase a Gift Card and have it mailed directly to someone?
For purchases on our website we offer direct shipping to anyone with a valid street address or P.O Box. Some restrictions apply.
What is the amount of time it takes to receive a Gift Card order purchased on your website?
The shipping time will depend on the delivery method you select. Listed below are the shipping options and the appropriate charges.
There are (2) shipping options for you to choose from:
United States Postal Service
Federal Express
- There is a shipping and handling charge of $2.95.
- Orders can be sent to either a physical street address or a recognizable post office box.
- If your order is lost or stolen and if the card(s) has not been used, our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.
- Delivery will be between 7-14 business days.
- Orders cannot be tracked using USPS mail. We recommend using the Federal Express option if you require order tracking.
- Federal Express shipping and handling charges are as follows:
- $6.95 Ground
- $9.95 Second Day (business day)
- $11.95 Standard Overnight (business day)
For example, if you order before 3:00pm Eastern Time on a Friday, and chose Federal Express Standard Overnight, the order will be processed and shipped the same day and will arrive the next business day, Monday (unless Monday is a holiday).
- Federal Express requires orders to be sent to a physical street address only.
- Federal Express will not deliver to a P.O. Box.
- Federal Express will make three attempts to deliver the package.
- If your order is lost or stolen and was sent via Federal Express, it will be tracked. If the card(s) has not been used, our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.
Orders placed during the weekend will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Can I purchase several Elephant Bar Restaurant Gift Cards at one time?
Yes. Multiple Gift Cards may be purchased either on our website or at any Elephant Bar Restaurants location.
Can I purchase Elephant Bar Restaurant Gift Card(s) on your website and have it delivered to a local Elephant Bar Restaurants location so I, or the recipient, can pick it up?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer this option.

Does my Elephant Bar Restaurant Gift Card ever expire?
The Elephant Bar Restaurant Gift Card does NOT have an expiration date. Unless prohibited by law, after 12 months of non-use, a $2.00 per month service fee will be deducted from the remaining balance until the card value is depleted. To avoid incurring this fee you can perform any activity on your card (such as reload, redemption, or balance inquiry).
Can I reload my Elephant Bar Restaurant Gift Card?
Yes, you can always reload your Elephant Bar Restaurant Gift Card. Just visit any Elephant Bar Restaurants location to add value to your card. Your card can be loaded in increments of $5 (up to $500).
Should I keep my Elephant Bar Restaurant Gift Card even when it has no value?
Yes, you can always reload your card again later. Visit any participating Elephant Bar Restaurants location to reload your card.
I don't have enough value left on my Elephant Bar Restaurant Gift Card to pay for my entire order. Can I use my Elephant Bar Restaurant Gift Card and another form of payment to pay for my order?
You can pay for part of your order with the Elephant Bar Restaurant Gift Card and the remainder of the order with an alternate form of payment like cash or credit card. Payment with an Elephant Bar Restaurant Complimentary Dining Card(s) will only apply to food and non-alcoholic purchases.
What is your policy on personal information?
Elephant Bar Restaurants will not trade, rent or sell your personal information. We will also never share your credit card number, email address, or other personal information without your prior authorization.
