Training
Managers are set up for the ultimate success during the extensive 11-week Manager-In-Training program. Both Front of the House and Heart of the House training include all aspects of the operation, and takes place at a Certified Training Store near you. But the training doesn’t stop there. Once out of training, managers attend development meetings at our Restaurant Support Center in La Mirada, CA.
