Chef Reinhard’s experience has taught him that great grill items come from hardwood fired grills. Our specially designed hardwood grill produces extremely high heat which sears the exterior of the item and leaves the inside moist and tender, with a unique infused-smoke flavor. Using hardwood for our grill costs more, but we are sure you will taste the difference.


Wok Kitchen
Based on Chef Reinhard’s culinary experience in the kitchens of Hong Kong, he has created unique dining adventures in our display Wok Kitchen. Using carbon steel woks, we prepare our dishes in the traditional Wok-Hay style to ensure the bold, indulgent flavor. Our wok chefs quick sear our items over extremely high heat, moving and tossing the wok in a unique style, delivering items that are crispy on the outside and moist and full of flavor on the inside.
